Caitlin Pruden is a certified personal trainer. She has been involved in the fitness community for 8 years. Residing in Northern Virginia with her husband, dog, and son, Jayden, she has been employed as a corporate fitness specialist at Capital One and a personal trainer at SNAP Fitness and Crunch Fitness. Currently, Caitlin is training out of her own home and going to clients to train them in the comfort of their own homes. Caitlin specializes in overall toning and strength training, women's fitness, fitness nutrition and diet analysis, pre and post natal fitness, weight loss, and interval training.
Caitlin is certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her other certifications are:

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
CPR/AED
She graduated in 2008 from Bridgewater College with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science, and a minor in Nutrition and Wellness. She competed on their intercollegiate soccer team, playing all four years. She was awarded team captain, MVP, and All-Conference Honorable Mention during her last two years of playing. This experience led her to coaching a young girls travel soccer team after college, so she has trained young adults in sport-specific training, speed, and agility.
She started her Master's degree right after she graduated Bridgewater at George Mason University. She received her degree in 2012 in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion.
She has experience in CrossFit training, having competed in 4 local competitions, three of which were in the scaled division with the last competition being RX. She also enjoys yoga and has taught several classes to her friends and family at work and at home, ranging from beginners to intermediate practitioners.
When Caitlin isn't working, you can find her working out at home, while chasing after her very busy 1 year old son and doberman-mix, Tango.
